Born in Anaheim but raised in Costa Mesa and San Clemente. I have three other siblings in my family. I graduated from Costa Mesa High School and decided to join the army. I did a tour in Iraq for 18 months and then once my time was over I moved back to California from where I was stationed in Georgia. I moved back with my girlfriend and have been together since. I was able to settle into civilian life and started school.
I went to Orange Coast College and earned my Associates Degree in Fine Arts and then transferred to California State University of Long Beach. I wanted to continue my education in arts and I was able to earn my Bachelors Degree in Studio Art with an emphasis on Metals. I am now trying to take my education to the next level. I am in the Single Subject Credential Program for Teaching in Art. I want to be able to teach art because art in school for me was not only fun but it helped me throughout life in many ways.
I love creating new things and making art. I also enjoy golfing, snowboarding, surfing, and gold prospecting. I dabble in everything just so I can have the experience. That is how I like to live my life.
Today I have a family with my girlfriend with a little five year old son Gavin. He is autistic and is one of the reasons why I want to teach. Gavin is my world, my little creation, my work of art still in progress.
